I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, with a cozy and charming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What made my experience even more special was the thoughtful surprise of a small bottle of champagne, sweets, tea/coffee, and soft drinks in the fridge. Additionally, the staff, especially Christina, were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make my birthday memorable by setting up a special breakfast table with champagne. The breakfast itself was delicious, and I even had the option to enjoy it in my room. The hotel's location was perfect, close to various highly rated restaurants and within walking distance of many popular attractions in this city.

We stayed at this lovely little hotel for a week during the coldest period of winter. The heating in the room was excellent and kept us cozy despite the -6 to -8°C temperature outside. The location was superb, just a 5-minute walk to the Volkstheatre U-Bahn station and with the S-Bahn stop right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers, there was a halal food restaurant just opposite the hotel. We were also fortunate to meet Christina, the owner, who provided us with helpful information about Vienna's best attractions. The building itself was old and full of character, and the staff were attentive and friendly. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this centrally located hotel.
